The A.C. Eco Composite Resin is F.D.A. certified and can be applied to many surfaces and substrates; most epoxy coating materials cannot be due to the carcinogenic materials used. It is a VOB material with no toxicities used as a curing mechanism.
With the FDA certification, the A.C. Eco Composite Resin is A.W.W.A. compliant and can be applied in potable water storage, both steel and concrete, for proper substrate protection. The A.C. Eco Composite Resin can easily adhere to steel and concrete as required. Although the A.C. Eco Composite Resin is not NSF 600 certified it is compliant with the NSF 600 strict standards of no V.O.C.s tracible or hazardous air pollutants (HAPS) emitting into the atmosphere. The A.C. Eco Composite Resin has no VOC, HAPS, Amines or isocyanides that require a 5 to 7 day full cure time and disinfection before being put into service. The A.C. Eco Composite Resin can be put into service once the coating has cured after 24hrs.
